A small town northeast of Midgar, and surrounded by the Wasteland.

The second largest city in Gaia. It lies on the west coast of the eastern continent and is divided into two cities. The lower city is inhabited citizens while the upper is the location of Shinra's military Headquarters.

A coastal resort town that serves as the main port on the western continent.

Also known as the Ancient City, it was the capital of the Cetra civilization. It is covered with the White Trees from The Sleeping Forest. Trees are known to glow even on the darkest of nights. They hold a magical purpose that is still unknown to many today.

It’s an archaeological dig site on the Northern continent that is mostly covered in snow and ice.

| Icicle Inn
Where Aerith Gainsborough was born. This town functions as a resort because it snows all year. The constant cold temperatures are due to the town's proximity to the Northern Crater, where the Planet channels a large amount of Spirit Energy in an effort to heal itself.

It is a location to the south of the Icicle Inn. The town seems to have not been in use for some time and is completely abandoned.

| Northern Crater
A massive crater caused by 'The Calamity' over two thousand years ago.
It houses ancient creatures called WEAPONS. Creatures summoned by the life stream to cleanse all life from the planet, in order to start fresh.

| Banora Village
It is a small village that hides many secrets, and it is the only location where the Dumpapples grow because of the village's rich soil. It is located on the Mideel continent and is the home to Genesis and Angeal, two first Class Soldiers that once served under Shinra.

Montague is a wrecked city nobody has lived there since Shinra raided it and there is meant to be a man living there (alex) he is none as the mercenary and it is a haunted place not even Shinra will go there.
